Penn State is one of the college teams located on the East coast that is noted for their football seasons.  Some years they have it good and other years it seems like they aren't playing as well. As for Penn State in the up coming years, they expect to keep their top four record and keep moving forward and win some titles on the way.  Joe Paterno is an excellent coach that has taken the team far.  Will he continue to take them to heights or will he respectively retire?  Who knows considering that, he has announced a retirement a time or two.  Right now, we can all assume that Joe and the Nittany Lions are heading for big things and maybe even another Rose Bowl Title.
